At Taylor-Made Mobility, we help elderly and less able people remain independent in their own homes by delivering high-quality home adaptations across Oxfordshire.
Our projects range from level access bathrooms and wet rooms to stairlifts, ramps, garage conversions, access improvements, structural alterations, and wider adaptation works that create safer, more accessible homes.
Due to continued growth and a strong order book, we are looking for experienced subcontract Installers, Multi-Trade Specialists, and Electricians to join our team.
Who we're looking for
We want professionals who combine outstanding technical ability with excellent customer care.
Our customers are often elderly or vulnerable, so we need people who are patient, respectful, and understand the importance of working sensitively in occupied homes.
Essential requirements
- Proven experience in one or more of the following:
- Mobility bathrooms, wet rooms, and level access showers
- General building and adaptation works
- Garage conversions and accessibility modifications
- Structural alterations and wider construction projects
- For electricians: relevant qualifications and current certification
- Strong skills across relevant trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, decorating, and general building works
- Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Experience working in occupied homes
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in or close to Oxfordshire
