An exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable, motivated, energetic individual to become a key member of our excellent Customer Care team. Daysoft is a fast paced, thriving company giving the applicant the opportunity to work and learn within our established team.
Job Role
The Customer Care Team is the main point of contact for both B2B and B2C providing advice, support and solutions using multiple internal / external IT systems. You will use your brilliant communication skills to give every customer a great daysoft experience.
Skills Required
· Customer service experience in a similar role is advantageous.
· Demonstrating patience in all customer contact situations by listening actively and utilising your problem-solving skills.
· Providing accurate and up-to-date information to all customers by phone and email.
· Accurately documenting and following established processes.
· The ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure as well as being highly flexible, organised, and able to priorities workload.
· Excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics Navision with previous exposure to Social Media platforms being an advantage.
· Enjoys working as part of a team, be willing to learn and share knowledge and information with others.
· Full systems training and continuing training and support will be provided.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 08.45 to 16:45) Some holiday cover will be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,862.00-£25,651.00 per year
