How It Works (Our Fee Structure)
- You retain complete control over your private fees.
- You set your baseline rate per session.
- Wintermind adds a flat £5 platform fee on top of your rate to the client.

Required Onboarding Documents
To activate your profile on the Wintermind platform, you must provide:
- Professional Profile Picture: High-quality headshot for the website.
- Detailed Fee Structure: Clear breakdown of your standard session rates.
- Supervisor Reference: Document stating your supervision frequency.
- ICO Certificate: Proof of registration for data protection.
- Insurance Certificate: Current professional indemnity insurance.
- Enhanced DBS: Issued within 1 year, or active Update Service proof.
- Proof of ID: Valid Passport/Right to work or UK Driving Licence.
- Current CV: Outlining your professional clinical history.
- Professional Membership: Proof of registration (e.g., HCPC, BACP, BPS).
