Display Lighting Ltd is a leading specialist supplier of LED lighting solutions for showcases, museums, exhibitions, retail displays and commercial interiors. We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our friendly team on a temporary, part time basis.
This role offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for someone looking to fit work around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of LED lighting products and components
- Packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Labelling and quality checking products
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required
What Are We Looking For
- A significant part of this role involves the assembly of specialist LED lighting products using small components and precision techniques. Applicants should therefore be comfortable carrying out detailed hands on work and possess very good manual dexterity.
- Ability to work accurately with small components and delicate parts
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing high quality work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous production, assembly, electronics or lighting experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
