Are you the person we are looking for?
- At least 1 year experience in installing and/or maintaining telephone/WiFi systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Technically minded
- The confidence to survey sites and make independent decisions on the best process

- Ambition and genuine interest in telecommunications, businesses and helping them succeed
- A driven, determined and professional attitude to work
- Organised and methodical approach to work
What you’ll be doing
- Travelling to businesses across the UK to install and maintain telephone and broadband systems - including Unify, NEC & Elevate
- Surveying sites and gathering customer requirements to ensure they are 100% satisfied
- Training customers in using their systems through sharing knowledge
- Testing systems before you leave
- Configuring routers and other networking equipment
- Going above and beyond with service to wow everyone
- Completing reports on work completed before you leave the premises
- Communicating with the office
Please note that we are looking for someone to be based near the Leeds area, however the role will include travel outside of here attending customer sites in the North and Middle of England.
