The Role – Commercial Gas Engineer
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering the Midlands and North West regions.
The Gas Service Engineer will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and compliance works across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector sites.
Key Responsibilities
- PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas and mechanical systems.
- Service, fault find and repair commercial boilers, pumps, AHUs and HVAC equipment.
- Complete compliance paperwork and service reports.
- Cover sites across the Midlands and North West.
- Participate in an on-call rota following an initial settling-in period.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations.
Requirements
Essential
- Current Commercial Gas Safe qualifications.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience servicing commercial gas-fired heating systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- OFTEC qualifications.
- Electrical qualifications.
- Experience working within secure or public sector environments.
