Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a growing, institutional business space portfolio from our Birmingham office, located at Brindleyplace.
The opportunity:
You will take day-to-day responsibility for the management of a complex commercial property portfolio, ensuring best-in-class service delivery, strong financial performance, and effective stakeholder engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll play a key role in driving value and enhancing asset performance, collaborating with our Asset and Facility managers, also based at Brindleyplace.
You will be instrumental in optimising cash flow, driving operational performance, and delivering a first-class tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the day-to-day management of a substantial commercial property portfolio in the Birmingham area.
- Oversee service charge budgets, financial reporting, and cost control
- Build and maintain strong client and occupier relationships
- Collaborate with the dedicated asset management and facility teams to provide a seamless execution of asset business plans. Manage and mentor junior team members where appropriate
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
About You:
- Track record managing high-value, institutional office assets
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of enhancing asset value
- Experience operating at a senior level, ideally equivalent to Associate Director / Director - RICS qualification (desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a client-facing mindset
- Strong understanding of lease obligations, landlord and tenant responsibilities, and service charge management
- Experience in supplier procurement, service charge budgeting, and driving value for money
- Financially literate, with the ability to interpret and support budget and asset performance reporting
- Confident navigating health & safety and statutory compliance across multi-site portfolios
- Strong communicator, able to build relationships with tenants, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management software.
