Part-Time Chef Wanted

We're looking for a talented and reliable Part-Time Chef to join our growing team at Vanessa's Bar, an independent cocktail, wine and small plates venue just two minutes from Waterloo train station and the beach.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys producing high-quality food in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Additional hours will also be available for private events, afternoon teas, live music nights and seasonal functions throughout the year.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving our menu of small plates, sandwiches, salads and sharing boards
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
- Assisting with menu development and specials
- Managing stock and minimising waste
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised and compliant with food safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to work independently and manage a small service
- Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
- Food Hygiene qualification preferred

Hours
Part-time, with regular shifts and additional hours available for events and busy periods.
