Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable product or service recommendations
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including negotiations and closing deals effectively
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients whilst identifying new business opportunities
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts using organisational and IT skills
- Manage schedules to ensure timely follow-ups and client meetings, demonstrating excellent time management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Utilise communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and address client queries
- Drive customer satisfaction through attentive service and professional conduct during interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments, is advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office suite and CRM systems
- Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits or field activities
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and schedules efficiently
- Good time management capabilities to prioritise tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude at all times
