About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Field Support Advisor to join our small, friendly team.
This is a varied role combining office-based customer service with hands-on field support, including installations, maintenance visits, and on-site client support across the UK and Ireland. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving at a desk and being out in the field working directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service (Office-based)
- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and clients
- Providing product and technical support
- Managing customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Supporting scheduling of installations and maintenance visits
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
Field Support (On-site)
- Attending installations of key management systems across the UK & Ireland
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing visits
- Supporting troubleshooting on-site
- Delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
- Representing the company professionally at client sites
- DBS check required

- Flexible and willing to travel regularly
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong customer service experience
- Good IT skills (email, systems, basic troubleshooting)
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland, including occasional overnight stays
- Ability to manage a varied workload
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in installations, maintenance, or field-based work
- Technical aptitude (hardware/software systems)
- Experience in a service coordination or scheduling role
