Job Description:About the Role:
The Chief Market Officer will be responsible for shaping and leading the organisation’s go-to-market strategy, strengthening the Servaada value proposition, and positioning the business as a market-leading partner for customers. The role will bring together market insight, client engagement, commercial strategy, and ecosystem collaboration to support growth across Servaada and the wider Wipro service offering.

Responsibilities: ͏
Define and lead the go-to-market strategy for Servaada, ensuring the proposition is clearly differentiated, commercially compelling, and aligned to customer needs
Shape and refine the Servaada value proposition to strengthen market positioning and support the ambition to become a market-leading offering
Bring together all aspects of client engagement, including commercial strategy, relationship development, delivery alignment, and customer experience
Work closely with Client Relationship, Delivery, and wider Wipro teams to identify opportunities where the broader Wipro ecosystem can create value for Servaada customers
Leverage an established industry network to open new relationships, deepen market access, and support strategic growth opportunities
Act as a senior market-facing leader, representing Servaada with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Translate market insight, client feedback, and industry trends into practical growth plans, propositions, and engagement strategies
Lead a team of Marketing and Account Delivery Executives
Essential Skills:
Extensive industry experience with a strong understanding of market dynamics, client priorities, and competitive positioning
Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that translate business ambition into measurable market growth
Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to connect proposition development, client engagement, delivery capability, and revenue opportunity
Demonstrated ability to operate across complex stakeholder groups and collaborate effectively across a broader enterprise ecosystem
Established senior-level network across relevant markets, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Credible executive presence, with the ability to influence senior clients, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams
Well-rounded leadership style, able to bring together market, commercial, delivery, and relationship perspectives into one coherent growth agenda
