30 Hours per Week | Mixed Shifts
At Lina Stores, Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first impression of our brand, creating a warm welcome and delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
This is a hands-on role, and we are looking for someone flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will manage reservations through SevenRooms, coordinate seating, support smooth service flow, and ensure every guest feels looked after.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reservations and optimising table seating using SevenRooms
- Greeting guests warmly and delivering outstanding customer service
- Supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations
- Communicating effectively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service
- Managing guest enquiries, walk-ins, and special requests confidently
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
- Being flexible and actively supporting the operation where needed
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and ability to multitask
- Flexible and hands-on approach to service
