Canford Law Scotland Ltd legal practice is seeking experienced Paralegals to handle credit hire claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm and service existing national clients. There is a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and a high level of quality to meet the service level agreements of our insurer and corporate clients.
The Role:
You will work with autonomy on your own caseload from pre-litigation through the entire litigation process. You will assist clients and give guidance throughout whilst obtaining all the relevant information required to progress the claim.
You will manage your daily tasks through our purpose-built case management system making every file touch count, using your skills and knowledge to successfully settle the claim whether this be through negotiation or litigation.

Must have:
- Credit Hire / RTA / Litigation Experience
- Knowledge of Simple Procedure Claims
- Civil Litigation experience
- A desire to succeed

- Good administration and organisational skills
