We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator / Graduate Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role offering the opportunity to work across supply chain operations, logistics, and customer coordination within a collaborative environment.
While this is not a dedicated graduate programme, we welcome applications from experienced coordinators as well as graduates who can demonstrate they have developed the practical skills, professionalism, and initiative needed to succeed in a busy operations environment. This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship, including for applicants currently on a Graduate Visa. As the role may become permanent, it does not meet the current eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. Applicants must therefore have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
The Role
As Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator / Graduate Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our operations and fulfilment processes.
Reporting to the Inventory Planning Lead, you will work closely with suppliers, distributors, key accounts, and internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, accurate shipping documentation, and excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and has strong organisational and communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Logistics
- Create commercial invoices and shipping documentation
- Coordinate shipping quotes, dispatch information, and tracking updates
- Manage delivery bookings for key accounts
- Produce carton labels and shipping paperwork for warehouse operations
- Support the smooth movement of stock and customer orders
- Manage the end-to-end dispatch process for US sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and on-time delivery
- Liaise with freight partners, distributors, and internal teams to resolve shipping or delivery issues efficiently
Sales & Customer Support
- Process key account and US customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with distributors and key accounts regarding orders, deliveries, and product queries
- Coordinate customer sample requests
- Organise stock for UK and US show kits
- Complete key account product forms and new line submissions
- Provide timely support for customer enquiries and operational requests
Systems & Administration
- Create and maintain component and product records across internal systems
- Ensure inventory and product data are accurate and up to date
- Support operational reporting and general administrative tasks
- Assist with ad hoc projects to support the wider Operations and Sales teams

Skills & Experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Demonstrable experience coordinating tasks, projects, customers, inventory, logistics, events, or administrative processes gained through employment, internships, placements, university projects, student leadership roles, or part-time work
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, inventory, retail operations, or business processes
- Interest in supply chain, logistics, operations, retail, or inventory management
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple deadlines
- Confident working with systems, data, and administrative processes
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
- Naturally inquisitive with strong problem-solving abilities

Location & Availability
As this is mainly an office-based role in Bristol with an immediate business need, priority will be given to candidates who are already based in Bristol or the surrounding area and are available to commence employment ideally by the end of July.
