Summary
We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team at Technical Metals Limited. In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform various roles within the company, buffing, inspection, bead blasting and anodising of metal materials.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout production.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- 3 yrs previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Due to the precision required in inspecting aerospace components, good visual acuity is essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new processes and techniques
Previous experience working with hand tools is desirable.
Full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a supportive working environment with room to develop new skills.
Working schedule Monday to Thursday 7am to 5:30pm - 40hrs per week
