We’re looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator who’s confident, organised, and ready to take ownership of their pipeline while helping the team grow. This is a role where you can make a real impact, earn great money, and work in an office that’s energetic, friendly, and a little bit different.
Who You Are
- Experienced in property sales with a proven track record in closing deals
- Approachable, personable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy, varied workload
- Knowledgeable about property law and the Brighton & Hove market (or ready to learn quickly)
- In possession of a UK driving licence
What You’ll Do
- Own your sales pipeline: convert leads, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers
- Value properties and create bespoke proposals for clients
- Oversee progression from offer to completion, including collaboration with a third-party progression company
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and create content
- Support and mentor junior team members

Details:
£30,000- £35,000 basic + uncapped commission. Your effort = your reward
Hours: Monday–Friday (9am–5:30pm) & 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am–4pm)
