We Are
Eleanor Nursing and Social Care is a premium domiciliary care company, providing high quality and much-needed support to vulnerable people and we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Well-being workers to join our thriving branch in Lewisham, South East London. Annually we deliver over 2 million hours of vital care services, including the local area of Lewisham, supporting our service users with daily tasks such as meal preparation and personal care, domestic services, and companionship, to allow them to live independently and remain in their own homes.
We offer flexible working hours but have particularly high demand during the following times:
- Weekday mornings and lunch 7am – 3pam
- Weekday Evenings 4pm - 10pm
- Weekends all hours
- Additional opportunities for live-ins
What will you be doing?
Our Well-being workers work within the Lewisham community enabling our service users to live independently in their own homes. Typical support can include personal care and hygiene, food preparation, administering medication, shopping, and collecting prescriptions, light housework & other domestic chores, companionship, and social support.
Who are we looking for?
You need to be experienced, calm, patient, hard-working and reliable, resourceful with an ability to always maintain professionalism, think on your feet and keep a cool head in stressful situations – but above all, you need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people. You must be local to all of Lewisham, South East London.
