HomeLets And Sales are a successful friendly, family run lettings, property management and estate agency office letting and managing 400 properties in the Bradford area since 1989.
We require a multiskilled trades person to undertake all types of general property repairs and maintenance. Must be fully experienced in all aspects of internal and external work to include joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting etc. Experience is not required in electrics or gas work. Must be able to undertake anything from a small repair to fitting a bathrooms or kitchen to a good competent standard. Must be organised, be good at keeping records, hardworking and be able to work using their own initiative or as part of our small maintenance team.
Self employed person required preferably with own transport. Hours to suit. Can also be flexible hours to fit in with existing commitments. Preferably will invoice for labour and materials that they have used, but can also be labour only.
