About the Role
We are currently seeking qualified and motivated Secondary Teachers to work across a range of supportive and inclusive mainstream and SEN schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas. Opportunities are available for both immediate starts and September 2026 placements.
These roles are ideal for educators who are passionate about inspiring and engaging students across Key Stages 3 and 4, while supporting a variety of learning needs within both mainstream and specialist educational settings.
Alongside long-term roles, we also offer flexible opportunities including day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and temp-to-perm positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Teach your subject specialism across relevant key stages
- Differentiate learning to support students with a range of abilities and additional needs, including SEN
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, SENCOs, and parents
- Promote positive behaviour and student wellbeing
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
- Experience working with students with SEN is desirable
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- A flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach
- A commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and learning
