HGV DRIVER (Class 2)

We are now looking for an experienced HGV Driver (Class 2) to join our growing team based in Exeter.
HGV Driver (Class 2) will be responsible for safely transporting and handling customers’ household and personal possessions, delivering a high-quality, professional removals service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional and courteous conduct at all times
- Operate a commercial HGV vehicle safely and responsibly
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Check all vehicle loads comply with the requirements of Road Traffic Legislation
- Complete all vehicle and delivery paperwork accurately
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work
- Maintain CPC training requirements
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Support continuous improvement and development
- Any other duties as may be requested by Management
Essential
- Full UK HGV Class 2 Licence (max 6 points)
- Valid CPC Licence
- Proven commercial driving experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
Desirable
- Previous removals experience
- Multilingual skills

Pay: £36,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
