The current position is a 0 hour contract, casual work to support busy event periods until the end of August when contracts will be reviewed and there is potential for a permanent 24 hour contract.

Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Provide attentive service throughout events, including taking orders and checking in guests
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front of house areas
- Handle guest enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Support operations during events, including setting up, closing down, clearing tables and fulfilling orders to the COFFEE D'ASH standards
- Collaborate with event organisers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold high standards of guest service, hospitality, and professionalism at all times
- Tow the mobile coffee trailer to and from locations for set event dates where necessary
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, or restaurant environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings
- Great organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as required
- Effective communication skills
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work alone
- Ability to adapt to diverse guest needs
- Valid Full UK driving license with experience towing a trailer
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences within the hospitality industry. All positions are paid in accordance with employment regulations.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
