The Role
As a Children’s Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in the daily lives of the young people we support. Working as part of a dedicated and passionate team, you will help to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
Your duties will include:
- Providing day-to-day emotional and practical care to children and young people.
- Promoting independence, positive routines, and personal development.
- Supporting young people to engage in education, hobbies, and community activities.
- Maintaining clear and accurate records and reports in line with Ofsted standards.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
- Contributing to care plans and supporting the safeguarding and welfare of each child.
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a 2 on / 4 off rolling rota, offering an excellent work-life balance while providing consistency for the young people in our care.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Ideally working towards or already hold a Level 4 Diploma in Children’s Health and Social Care (Residential Pathway).
- Ideally 1 years experience working with children
- A full UK driving licence is required
