Duties
- Clean windows on residential and commercial properties using appropriate tools and techniques
- Safely operate company vehicles to travel between job sites
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and used in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback
- Maintain accurate records of completed jobs and vehicle mileage
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times during work activities
Skills
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently
- Organised, reliable, and punctual with a keen eye for detail
- Physical fitness to perform outdoor cleaning tasks in various weather conditions
