Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex needs to live full lives in small supported living, homely environments. The role will include shift work, including early starts, evenings, weekends and wake nights.
We pay time and a half for bank holidays and double time for Christmas day
The position involves following support plans and risk assessments, supporting individuals to achieve goals, complete tasks, attend appointments, and activities etc.
We are looking for positive, reliable people who can think outside of the box to enable the individuals we support to achieve this.
Training and support will be given to successful applicants
