The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised installation planning co-ordinator to play a key role in managing the planning of our Solar Installation via our sub contracted installer network, as well as stock ordering and customer support.
You will be responsible for ensuring that installations are scheduled appropriately for our customers, with the correct products delivered, and for coordinating with our subcontractor network to guarantee a seamless process, thereby achieving a high standard of customer service.
This is a full-time, office-based role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise our internal application for all planning and administrative activities.
- Efficiently and professionally resolve all customer queries.
- Liaise with our installer network.
- Proactively contact customers via phone and email as necessary.
- Manage stock ordering to ensure timely delivery for installations.
- Provide support for any required customer return visits.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and team support duties.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, planning, subcontractor management
- Confident telephone manner with clear, professional written communication
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, email, and CRM
- Ability to handle sensitive or challenging situations calmly and professionally
