Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Staff Member to join our team at 11:11 Coffee Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation (coffee shop experience is a plus) and ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly, whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Running the kitchen independently during service hours.
- Assisting in menu planning and creative specials.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, in order to maintain stock.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a kitchen (coffee shop experience is a plus!)
- Confidence in managing prep, cooking and service alone.
- Sociable working hours - 8.00am - 3.00pm
Candidates must have previous experience of working in a Kitchen Role and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
