We are looking for a passionate Secondary Learning Support Assistant to support Primary or Secondary pupils in Saltash.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to keep pupils motivated and on task.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective curriculum access.
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment.
- Adapt and create resources tailored to individual needs.
- Be resilient, passionate and driven to go above and beyond for children of all needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting students with SEN
- Have a background in Education, Care, Psychology or Drama, or other transferable skills.
- Skilled at adapting resources for individual needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
