Elmdale Welding & Engineering Supplies Ltd is expanding, and we are launching an exciting new embroidery and branded workwear division.
We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to take full ownership of this new department, leading it from setup through to growth and long-term success.
This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up with the backing of an established and respected business.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and establish the embroidery department
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines and software
- Develop product offerings (workwear, PPE, branded clothing)
- Manage day-to-day production and workflow
- Ensure high-quality standards and on-time delivery
- Monitor pricing, margins, and profitability
Requirements Essential
- Proven experience in embroidery or branded workwear
- Strong organisational skills
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Desirable
- Knowledge of embroidery software and digitising
- Knowledge of embroidery machines, preferably Barudan multi head
