Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their retail expertise and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Weekend and bank holiday hours will be required on a rota basis.
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing expert advice and personalised recommendations
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately and processing payments
- Ensure the store remains tidy and well-presented
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Demonstrate organisational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Travelling between stores located in Dinnington and Retford will be required to maintain staff cover, therefore a driving licence is required along with access to your own vehicle.
