The London Vet Clinic is a caring, ethical, multi-vet, independent, long-established clinic in the heart of London. Some of us have been with the clinic for 20, 30, 40 even 50 years. We think of our patients first, not our wallets.
As well as providing first opinion care we offer on-site advanced advice in internal medicine , behaviour, ophthalmology, dermatology, dentistry, orthopaedics, neurology, soft tissue surgery and physiotherapy .
General Practice Vet:
Your role as a General Practice vet is to treat all the pets, and people, you meet as 'someone', not 'something'.
20-minute consultations
General surgery and dentistry (each with its own op room)
Diagnostics include dental and DR x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, slit lamp and advanced microscopy.
On site Idexx lab
Ensure that our respected level of ethical veterinary medicine and surgery is maintained and improved.
Ensure the clinic skills and facilities are always pet and pet-owner friendly.
Assist with visiting vet students and new staff.
Make suggestions for improving what we do and participate in CPD.
Develop new skills especially new surgical skills.

The Package
- Salary £60,000 - £85,000 PA depending upon your skills and post graduate qualifications.
- Choice of a four- or five-day week.
- Excellent work-life balance. Eight-hour day (excluding a one-hour unpaid lunch break). Our opening hours are Monday- Friday 9am-6pm. Some flexibility in hours of work is both expected and shared.
- We have a dedicated staff area and kitchen.
- No OOH.
- CPD is encouraged and flexible. £1500 basic CPD allowance and 5 paid CPD days. Certificates considered and encouraged.
- VDS cover paid.
- RCVS fees paid.

We are inside the Congestion Zone. Day parking is available when needed just outside the Congestion Zone.
