Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and reputable law firm in South Birmingham. The firm has received multiple business awards and is recognised for its strong professionalism and client communication.
You will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of residential property sales.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ideally 2–3 years PQE, although other levels may be considered
- Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
- Existing client following would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering results
- Professional, approachable, and well-presented manner
