Looking for the ultimate summer job? Want to experience Latitude Festival for free while earning cash to fund your next university year? At When Nature Calls, we provide a luxury loo and shower experience for festival-goers. We are on the hunt for hardworking, energetic university students, past or present, to join our dynamic crew for Latitude Festival this July! We work hard first to deliver a premium service, but we make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy the festival highlights during your downtime.
The Perks

Key Dates & Hours
- Arrival & Training: Wednesday 22nd July (Induction and training on-site).
- Festival Dates: Thursday 23rd July – Monday 27th July.
- The Shift Setup: Expect to work 20 to 30 hours total across the weekend. Shifts are normally 2 x 4-hour blocks per day. We rotate schedules so everyone gets a chance to see the headliners and enjoy a lie-in!
The Role (Boost Your CV!)Forget regular festival facilities. You will be working at the heart of our premium operation inside a luxury, carpeted lounge housed under a giant stretch tent. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong work ethic. You will:
- Maintain our fresh-water flushing luxury loos and showers to our strict "cleaned after every use" standard.
- Look after our glam stations, helping guests use premium Dyson, GHD, and Molton Brown products.
- Keep the environment pristine while maintaining high energy in a busy atmosphere.
