Transport Manager Required – Courier Exchange Experience Essential
We are looking for an experienced Transport Manager to join our growing logistics team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing transport operations
- Strong background using Courier Exchange (CX)
- Ability to allocate loads efficiently and maximise vehicle utilisation
- Experience managing drivers/fleet performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of UK transport compliance/regulations preferred
Responsibilities:
- Planning and allocating daily jobs
- Managing CX platform and securing profitable work
- Coordinating drivers and subcontractors
- Monitoring fleet performance and KPIs
- Ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
