We're hiring: Commercial Property Acquisitions - KFC & Starbucks
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus
Must be based within 60 - 90 minutes of Liverpool

We operate iconic brands including KFC and Starbucks, and we're in a strong growth phase with an active pipeline of new drive‑thru and in‑town locations across the North and Midlands.
We're looking for a hands-on Commercial Property Acquisition professional to work directly alongside our Property Director, someone who takes genuine end‑to‑end ownership of identifying, securing and progressing new sites, and who is energised by pace, autonomy and meaningful impact.
What you'll do
- Identify and secure new sites across multiple brands and regions
- Manage acquisitions end-to-end, from site finding and canvassing through to Heads of Terms and legal completion
- Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of live opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents, landlords, developers and internal teams
- Support planning considerations, commercial appraisals and lease negotiations
- Present deals and investment cases internally at board level
What you'll bring
- Currently working within commercial property, agency, in-house operator or development
- Proven experience in property acquisition, site sourcing, negotiation and deal progression through to completion
- Strong understanding of lease structures, planning and development processes
- Comfortable managing multiple live deals simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive, self-sufficient and commercially driven, someone who gets in the car and finds sites rather than waiting for them to land on their desk
- Strong existing relationships with agents, landlords and developers
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the patch
Experience in retail, roadside, convenience or F&B is beneficial but not essential, transferable commercial property acquisition experience will be considered

Location - Essential
You must be based within 60 – 90 minutes of Liverpool, our most central location within the patch, and able to travel regularly across the North and Midlands. Applications from outside this area will not be progressed.
