Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident individual who can build trust, generate referrals, and help convert enquiries into clients.
This is a flexible, home-based role suitable for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping clients access professional services.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and introduce them to our services.
- Follow up on company-provided leads and generate new ones through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Keep basic records of enquiries and referrals.
- Work towards agreed sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Persian and Kurdish is essential.
- Basic English would be desirable.
- Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable building relationships and communicating with people through phone calls, email, and online platforms.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
