We are a well-established, family-run village pub and B&B in Lower Quinton looking for a reliable and experienced Bar & Front of House Team Member to join our small, friendly team.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in good customer service, enjoys working with people, and is looking for a steady, long-term position in a welcoming community environment.
The Role Includes:
- Serving drinks behind the bar in a relaxed, friendly setting
- Taking orders and providing table service
- Serving food to a high standard
- Chatting with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Checking in B&B guests and assisting with basic enquiries
- Handling payments and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 2–3 years’ experience in a bar or front of house role
- Is confident working both bar and floor
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
- Has a friendly, approachable manner with customers and guests
