This is a hybrid role with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - hours between 08:00 - 18:00.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A PRODUCT CHECKER
Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer orders are checked for errors and any issues highlighted. This role is the last port of call prior to orders being manufactured so accuracy is paramount
- You will be responsible for sending and responding to queries sent through the online support ticket system and may be required to call customers if clarity cannot be achieved via message system
- Ensure all queries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with customers with a ‘can do attitude’
- Be able to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining accuracy
ABOUT YOU
- Experience within the kitchen industry is a must (ideally exceeding 1 year)
- Be empathetic and a problem solver
- Confident IT Skills - able to navigate through various computer systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility towards working hours as payback days are scheduled to meet the companies requirements
