Overview
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Part Time Door Supervisor for a late night cocktail bar in London West End, 17:00 hours to 01:00 hours every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at the venue, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons while effectively managing any potential risks. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to various situations.
Duties
- Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
- Manage crowd control during busy periods to maintain order and safety.
- Welcome guests in a friendly manner and communicate via radio to the host.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of patrons.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and report any issues to management.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with licensing laws.
- Must be available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Experience
- Previous experience in a security or supervisory role is preferred
- Certification in first aid is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
