Cotswold Tiger Laundry is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Laundry Assistant to join our friendly team based in our custom-built laundry facility on the beautiful Notgrove Estate.
This is a flexible-hours role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a small team, takes pride in delivering high standards, and is looking for regular work with flexibility.
The Role
As a Laundry Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive a high-quality service. Duties include:
- Operating commercial washing, drying and pressing equipment
- Sorting, processing and preparing customer laundry
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the laundry
- Completing daily cleaning tasks and equipment checks
- Assisting with customer enquiries and occasional front-desk duties
- Using our laundry management and till systems
- Supporting colleagues to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately

Essential Requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry laundry bags and hampers
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a willingness to help others
- Ability to work independently when required
Desirable
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality or production experience
- Experience working with commercial equipment
Location
Cotswold Tiger Laundry is based on the Notgrove Estate, a rural location not served by public transport.
As this is a fully site-based role, applicants must have access to their own transport and be able to travel to Notgrove reliably.
