Snap Pizza is a brand-new, fast-growing pizza concept — and we’re looking for a bold, hands-on, and ambitious Store Manager to lead our very first store in Acton Town.
This is not just another management job… this is a chance to build a brand from the ground up.
We’re planning to open multiple new stores within the next 6 months, and strong performers will have clear and guaranteed promotion opportunities as we expand.

- Turn ideas into sales and results
- Improve operations from day one
- Drive both in-store + online sales growth
- Create energy, speed, and consistency in service

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Running smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Hiring, training, and developing your team & shift leaders
- Fixing weak areas and building a strong, motivated team
- Maintaining top standards in food quality, hygiene, and service
- Driving aggressive sales growth (in-store & delivery platforms)
- Bringing fresh, creative ideas to increase sales (offers, upselling, local marketing, partnerships, etc.)
- Maximising profit and controlling costs
- Ensuring full compliance with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
We want a strong, talented, and hungry Store Manager who:
- Has proven experience in fast food / pizza / restaurant management
- Knows how to increase sales and improve performance
- Thinks outside the box and brings new ideas to the table
- Can lead, train, and motivate a team effectively
- Is hands-on, energetic, and results-driven
- Has experience in launching or running new stores (preferred)
- Loves pizza — eating it, making it, and living it!
