The Role
We’re looking for an established Chef De Partie to join our team, with experience working in a fast-paced, high quality restaurant. The ideal CDP will be reliable, organised and use to working in a high volume kitchen environment.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Maintain a high level of food quality and consistency
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while under pressure
- Ensure cleaning duties are carried out, hygiene standards are maintained, and complete the necessary documentation
