Reporting directly into Board of Directors, this is a stand alone, on site, position for a creative and experienced Marketing Professional.
Ideally from a B2B background, experience within an engineering, manufacturing, technical products, industrial or electromechanical sector is highly desirable together with a Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Key requirements:
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Experience managing websites and content management systems.
Demonstrable experience delivering successful marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. · Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate technical products and solutions into compelling customer-focused marketing messages.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences. ·
Experience producing marketing collateral and content across digital and print channels. · Strong written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and brand consistency.
Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, and marketing partners. · Strong project management and organisational skills.
Self-sufficient with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content remans accurate, engaging and optimised for SEO.
Plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search engines and other relevant channels.
Generate and nurture marketing-qualified leads to support the sales pipeline.
Create, manage, and coordinate marketing content including case studies, product literature, technicalarticles, videos, presentations, and customer communications.
Write, edit, and proofread marketing content for a range of channels, including websites, brochures, case studies, email campaigns, social media, press releases, and customer communications.
Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation. Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to maximise co-marketing opportunities and leverage available marketing resources.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Analyse campaign performance and marketing effectiveness, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure activities deliver measurable return on investment.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives where required.
