Mon to Fri, Full Time.

Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and staff, managing the front‑of‑house experience
- Answer and transfer incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
- Support meeting preparation, including refreshments, room set‑ups, and occasional lunch orders or runs
- Keep office supplies stocked and communal areas tidy and organised
- Assist with day‑to‑day admin tasks such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Provide hands‑on support to the Office Manager across general office coordination

· A good level of English and Maths - ideally GCSE grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
· Strong communication skills and confidence to engage with colleagues

· Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office & email)
· Reliable, punctual, and committed to building a long‑term career
· A mature, willing personality - someone who takes responsibility, stays grounded, and approaches work with professionalism
