Job Overview
We are seeking a fully BABCP accredited CBT Therapist to join our expanding clinical team. This is a remote role offering flexibility while supporting a high-volume caseload, including personal injury clients and individuals presenting with a range of psychological difficulties.
You will be responsible for delivering structured CBT interventions, conducting clinical assessments, and producing clear, professional clinical documentation in line with best practice standards.
Duties
- Deliver high-quality CBT interventions to adult clients, including personal injury clients, presenting with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders
- Manage a high-volume caseload within agreed clinical timeframes
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Produce clear, concise clinical documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with GDPR and professional standards
- Communicate effectively with internal teams where required
- Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- BABCP accredited CBT Therapist (essential)
- Postgraduate qualification in CBT or equivalent recognised training
- Proven experience in delivering CBT within a clinical setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients empathetically and effectively.
- Proficiency in using IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
- Ability to create comprehensive care plans that reflect individual client needs.
- Knowledge of mental health legislation, safeguarding procedures, and ethical guidelines relevant to therapy practice.
- A caring attitude with a commitment to ongoing professional development and client wellbeing.
