Salary & Benefits
Qualified Technician
£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
Realistic OTE of £40,000 to £45,000+ (Salary Dependent)
Plus annual loyalty bonus of up to £1200 paid in December
Senior Diagnostic Technician
£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary
Realistic OTE of £45,000 to £50,000+ (Salary Dependent)
Plus annual loyalty bonus of up to £1200 paid in December

What You’ll Be Doing
As a BMW Vehicle Technician, you’ll carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across the BMW range using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Vehicle servicing and repairs
- Diagnosing faults using BMW technology
- Inspecting vehicles for wear and damage
- Replacing and repairing parts to BMW standards
- Completing software updates and retrofit work
- Supporting apprentices and fellow technicians
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Vehicle or Service Technician
- Holds Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Has a full UK driving licence
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work
- Wants to continue learning and developing
Experience within a franchised or prestige dealership would be an advantage, but attitude and motivation are just as important.
