Overview
To clean as directed, the communal internal and external areas of the estate to include weekly deep cleaning of bin stores. Internal cleaning duties include the cleaning of lifts, foyers, hallways, stairwells, leisure suite and outside cleaning.
Responsibilities
- · Ensuring all communal areas and hallways are cleaned to the highest standard throughout all areas.
· Enhance resident’s experience through demonstration of cleaning methods in communal areas.
· Monitor communal areas of obvious health and safety risks or building defects and report.
· Maintain a high standard of hygiene levels throughout the leisure suite, gyms, toilets and hub.
· Develop knowledge of Health and Safety, Manual Handling and COSHH practices that are essential for a cleaning role, whilst keeping yourself and others around you safe.
· Ensure all areas of the cleaning schedule are completed as required.
· The use of some cleaning machinery is required such as carpet cleaner and floor scrubber.
· Carry out weekly deep cleaning of the bin stores.
· Carry out reactive work as per the request of Concierge/Management.
· Clean the leisure suite as directed to include pool side, sauna, steam room, changing rooms, toilets and gyms.
· Ensure all outside areas are clean and tidy to include cobwebs, emptying of bins and litter picking.
