StillMind Ayurveda Ltd is a professional Ayurvedic wellness clinic in Reigate, Surrey, led by Dr Vasudha Balure (BAMS, MD Ayurveda, APA UK member). We specialise in chronic pain, women's wellness, stress & sleep support, and skin health. We are looking for a dedicated Self-Employed Physiotherapist with Sports Massage expertise to join our integrative health environment and work alongside our Ayurvedic practitioner.This role offers flexibility for practitioners with a passion for patient care and holistic therapy, operating independently within a calm, professional clinical setting. Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments tailored to individual needs, including sports injuries and general musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver personalised treatment plans incorporating physiotherapy techniques and sports massage therapies
- Take full responsibility for own client records, assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards and confidentiality requirements
- Assist clients in rehabilitation programmes, ensuring safe and effective recovery processes
- Educate clients on injury prevention, physiotherapy exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health
- Collaborate with our Ayurvedic practitioner through cross-referral to support integrated, whole-person care
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Ayurvedic therapies and integrated medicine practice to complement the clinic's holistic approach
- Support and participate in StillMind Ayurveda promotional and educational events — including health talks, wellness workshops, and community events — to raise awareness of both physiotherapy and Ayurvedic services
- Contribute to social media content for marketing purposes — sharing professional insights, tips, and educational content related to physiotherapy and sports massage to support the clinic's online presence
- Stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy, sports medicine, and integrative health through continuous professional development

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a recognised UK qualification
- Sports massage therapy qualification (Level 4 or above preferred)
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Experience in patient care with a professional, empathetic, and patient-centred approach
- Full responsibility for own professional indemnity insurance, HCPC registration, and clinical equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage own caseload, records, and client communications
- Right to work in the UK — we are unable to offer visa sponsorship
Desirable:
- Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, or women's health physiotherapy
- Existing client base in Reigate or wider Surrey area
- Interest in or familiarity with Ayurvedic therapies, holistic health, or integrative medicine
- Experience or willingness to support health education events and community engagement
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary or complementary health setting
Salary: Earnings are based on a 50/50 revenue split on physiotherapy clients only. Estimated OTE £15,000–£35,000 depending on client volume. Potential to grow earnings as your caseload builds.
Terms: This is a self-employed arrangement only — no employment contract, sick pay, or holiday pay is provided. You will work up to 3 days per week within the clinic, with flexible hours considered for the right candidate.
Revenue is split 50/50 on your own physiotherapy and sports massage patient sessions only — StillMind Ayurveda's therapy revenue is not shared.
The clinic provides the treatment room, utilities, table, linen, and general consumables. You are responsible for your own HCPC registration, professional indemnity insurance, and personal clinical equipment. Physiotherapy and sports massage-specific advertising costs are shared 50/50.
