What You'll Do

Provide in-class support, small-group interventions, and 1:1 academic and pastoral guidance

Work across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and more

Become part of a collaborative, forward-thinking school community

Progress into Teacher Training via in-house routes available from September 2027
What We're Looking For

A 2:1 degree or higher in a core subject or related discipline

A genuine passion for education and supporting young people

Previous experience with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
