We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Asphalt Surfacing/Rake Hand to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and application of asphalt surfacing materials.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced Rakehand and have knowledge of working with all types of surfacing materials, on roads, footpaths, driveways, car parks etc. Must have eye for detail and be able to rake to a high standard!
The position is full time, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of asphalt materials for surfacing projects
- Operate rakes and other hand tools to spread and level asphalt
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools used on-site
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and any issues encountered
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
