What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Head of Commercial Agency:
- Identifying, sourcing, and securing commercial property opportunities across London
- Handling commercial sales and lettings transactions from instruction through to completion
- Supporting acquisitions and development opportunities across a range of property sectors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, investors, and developers
- Generating new business opportunities and winning commercial instructions
- Providing market insight and commercially focused advice to clients

- Significant experience working as a Commercial Agent is essential
- Strong understanding of commercial property sales and lettings markets
- Experience in acquisitions, sourcing opportunities, and business generation
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify market opportunities
- Experience working with developments and commercial units
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence with a professional approach to commercial agency practice
